Representatives from National Cancer Centre Singapore Visits Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center
On the morning of March 9, 2025, Professor Toh Han Chong, Deputy CEO of the National Cancer Centre Singapore, led a delegation to visit Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center. Professor Qian Chaonan, President of Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center, accompanied the guests throughout the visit and provided detailed explanations.
The delegation toured multiple clinical departments of the hospital with great interest, gaining an in-depth understanding of the hospital’s operations and service model. The Singaporean guests expressed strong appreciation for Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center’s commitment to high-quality care and praised the hospital’s international service standards.

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is a leading medical institution in Singapore with an international reputation. Equipped with a range of advanced facilities, including a proton therapy system, NCCS treats 70% of Singapore’s cancer patients annually, with over 160,000 outpatient visits each year.
NCCS is also committed to cancer research and international collaboration, having engaged in cooperative exchanges with Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center since the hospital’s founding. Professor Toh Han Chong’s recent visit is expected to further promote collaboration between NCCS and Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center in both research and clinical care.
